Sabicos white is a blend of Antão Vaz (40%), Arinto (30%) and Síria (30%) grapes, manually harvested in vineyards with red chalky soils. The grapes are jointly fermented in steel vats with temperature control.
Of a citrus colour, it is a young wine, fresh, very fruity, with hints of tropical and citric fruits.
The label of this wine, as the other labels of Casa de Sabicos wines, is based on an original watercolour of the producer, Graça Santana Ramalho, and represents an Alentejo typical cottage house, where simple austerity prevails along with the open and inviting connection to the land.
Aroma: Intense aromas of tropical and citric fruits.
Taste: Balanced, with dominant notes of tropical fruits. Fresh and young.
