This unoaked wine is a blend of two grape varieties, Alfrocheiro (60%) and Alicante Bouschet (40%), harvested in vineyards with red chalky soils.

The grapes are night harvested, to preserve the ideal temperature of the musts, and jointly fermented in conic steel vats with temperature control. 

​

It is a very fruity wine, with rich aromas, smooth and fresh.

​

The original water colour of the label, painted by Graça Santana Ramalho, represents an Alentejo typical cottage house, where simple austerity prevails along with the open and inviting connection to the land.

Colour: Rubi.

Aroma: Very fruity, rich aromas with evident notes of strawberries and ripe berries.

Taste: Smooth, fresh, evident notes of ripe berries. Long and persistent finish with all its aromatic richness.
